What to Expect at Your First Consultation

The first visit at Israel Vein Center typically takes 45–60 minutes:

1. Medical history and symptom review — how long symptoms have been present, which activities worsen them, prior treatments.
2. Venous duplex ultrasound — performed by Dr. Aronhime himself during the consultation. The ultrasound maps every affected vein, identifies sites of reflux, and determines the appropriate treatment.
3. Treatment plan — a personalised recommendation covering which procedure is most suitable, which location it will be performed at, and what insurance coverage may apply.
4. Insurance guidance — for EVLA via Kupat Holim, the referral process is explained. For RFA or VenaSeal, private insurance options are reviewed.
